- Business data: business name, services, availability, leads and appointments you receive.
- Usage data: log information, IP address, browser/device information.
- Communications: messages you send to us and records of SMS/email we send on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service (including SMS and email notifications).
- Authenticate you and secure the Service.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery via Twilio), under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. SMS Data
If you provide a phone number for notifications, we share that number with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages to you. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain account and lead data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Proof-of-consent records are retained as required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, RLS in our database). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
